A. Call to Order at 5:30 p.m.
Members Present: Storey Litchfield, Dana Haynes, Ted Bromage, Jim Bright, Jim Black, Rick Savage, Bill Johnson.
Not Present: Eric Jones, Thomas Fernald, Chris Moore, Douglas Foster, (Jock Crothers).
B. Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the regular Marine Management Committee Meeting from September 08, 2008.
Motion to accept as written by Savage, seconded by Johnson, 7-0.
C. New Business
1. Discuss Seafood buyer permits/rates.
After discussion on the present seafood buyer’s fee of $250.00 and the use that the pier is getting, Bright motioned to raise the permit fee to $500.00, adding a $2.00/per crate, $2.00 per barrel of bait traveled over the pier by commercial dealers/permit holders. Johnson seconded. 7-0
Bright made a second motion to raise the permit for seafood buyers that do not utilize the dock from $250.00 to $500.00. Seconded by Johnson. 7-0
D. General Issue
1. Open
Discussion followed to combine the regular scheduled MMC meeting for December 9, 2008 with the NEH waterfront project on December 10, 2008. All present agreed.

Continued discussion on the NEH Waterfront project.
